How we got connected? It’s quite an interesting journey… Read the full story to discover how our paths crossed and led to the creation of the Krescon Movement.
After several years of my regular yoga practice, meditation, and reading about Eastern philosophies and everything related to the essence of being, I dared and decided to fulfill my dream. I set out on my first solo journey to the Indian Himalayas, aiming to delve into the roots of yogic teachings, seeking adventure, and deeper self-understanding. As a fairly experienced traveler, I chose not to plan anything concrete but to let chance and the moment decide.
I wished to be part of something authentic, and fate led me, among other things, to a week-long silent meditation retreat at the Tushita Meditation Centre. We were required to drop off all items that could distract us, from phones to musical instruments and travel documents. We adhered to a schedule, maintained absolute silence, each day spent five hours meditating and another four hours listening to teachings from a Buddhist monk.
At the end of the retreat, we were granted permission to speak. There were many people with fascinating life stories. And there, I struck up a conversation with a gentleman from India, and got into a very deep topics straight away. I found so much understanding and inspiration in him that I wished for the opportunity to meet such a person again someday.
During our farewell, Anish mentioned that if I ever happened to visit New Delhi, I should let him know. Two days later, we were sitting at the dinner in Delhi, and it felt as if we had known each other forever. We talked about spirituality, our experiences from the retreat, and his words were a huge inspiration to me. I remember how Anish told me, “It is possible to transform a monkey’s mind into a monk’s mind and live fully, enjoy life, and have fun.” This sentence brought a lot of lightness into my life. And I saw that these were not just words, but it was fascinating for me to see that he truly lived by them.
I still remember how I confided in him that I had no idea which direction to take in my career, that I was torn between two shores—between being an architect and my passion for psychology and spirituality. I couldn’t imagine how I could combine these paths. What followed? Anish also studied architecture but never pursued it professionally. We both chose this field primarily because our fathers were civil engineers and had certain expectations from their children. Later, I learned that besides running his own business, Anish is also a career mentor, coach, and astrologer. No one could have understood me better at that moment. He offered to look at my astrological chart upon my return home and provide me with insights regarding my profession. I had zero experience with astrology and some doubts about it, but at the same time, I was curious about what I would learn.
I was fascinated by the precision of his astrological analysis and became interested in astrology… And so it happened that we have stayed in touch ever since and we have had regular interactions every week.
Meanwhile, my journey primarily led me through the realm of body and spirit—yoga and meditation practice, studying psychotherapy and craniosacral therapy, trauma healing, and working with emotions, accompanied by learning the art of life from a shaman in Austria.
Anish’s knowledge of working with the mind and business coaching, science, Vedic astrology, the wisdom of ancient Indian philosophies, scientific insights from quantum mechanics, and physics are excellent tools and a cornerstone for setting life’s directions, providing structure, and order.
A year later, we decided to spend a few days traveling together in India, and then also in Europe. These days enriched us so much that we decided to further connect our paths. We realized that we have plenty to draw from each other, constantly learning, sharing the opinions and visions. We decided to merge our approaches and pass on the most valuable aspects during joint retreats, where there will be space for both body and emotional work, as well as for mental structure and alignment.
