My Journey:

मनोबुद्ध्यहङ्कार चित्तानि नाहं

चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम् ॥

I am not the mind, nor the intellect, ego or the memory

I am of the nature of existence consciousness, the bliss. I am Shiva. I am Shiva.

“My pranaams and gratitude to one and all for investing your time and energy to read about my journey. I was blessed to be born in the spiritual powerhouse called India and had a grounding in the Indian knowledge system from my early years. Science, Sanskriti, and Spirituality became the triangle of my theoretical and experiential learning. In the initial years, the quest to find answers to deep metaphysical questions regarding the meaning and purpose of existence, God, and the universe took me to explore the different traditions and read about the thought masters – both Western and Eastern. I also entered into the realm of Vedic Astrology, Psychological constructs like the NLP and Transactional Analysis, and Buddhist Psychology of mind, and studied the different world views on consciousness, irrespective of Newtonian or Quantum. Slowly, as the thirst for knowledge transformed into the peace of wisdom, it brought clarity and steadiness to my understanding and culminated in true realization. During my journey, I also noticed that an ounce of practice is worth far more than tons of theoretical knowledge. Hence, how to spiritualize our quotidian life and remove the segregation between spiritual and secular became my practice. To demonstrate this possibility of the beautiful amalgamation of the transactional and the transcendental gave birth to the Krescon Movement and the thought behind the I-CAN retreats. I now personally invite you all to become part of the Krescon family and with all the purity and authenticity let’s each one of us say out loud.

“I CAN”

Alena adds:

“In my journey through life,” Alena says. “I’ve encountered many successful individuals, yet their achievements never resonated with me because, despite their accomplishments, they seemed unfulfilled and discontented. It led me to believe that perhaps the pursuit of success in the conventional sense wasn’t the key to happiness. Then, I met Dr. Anish at one of the retreats. That chance encounter quickly turned into regular interactions as I got drawn deeper into realizing my own true identity and purpose. With the broadening of my horizon, I was amazed by the possibilities that always existed but ever neglected and never acknowledged or appreciated. I was also surprised by Dr. Anish’s overflowing compassion and humility as was so evident in his every action”

“Dr. Anish challenged my preconceptions and assumptions but always ensured a safe space for me facilitating open sharing. We engaged in many discussions regarding the Eastern and Western approaches to mind, consciousness, and life. I realized that while the Western culture increasingly focuses on trauma healing, emotional processing, spiritual bypassing and not being above considering yoga and meditation as the panacea for all our physical and mental difficulties. Dr. Anish in contrast, emphasized the importance of the purity, clarity, and steadiness of mind with focussed attention, as a preparation for a deeper understanding of our self. He believes that the knowledge of our self is the source code for dissolving all our mundane problems. The key, as per him is to work at the causal level instead of trying to address and resolve individually the different manifestations of the inner impurities.” This perspective is also at the core of the ancient Indian wisdom.

Alena continues. “Dr. Anish’s wisdom and guidance have profoundly influenced my perspective on life. Through thought-provoking questions and insightful conversations, he guided me toward self-discovery and the power of acceptance. Even today, each interaction with him continues to bring newer insights and in turn, further enriching my life. Now, I’m excited to introduce Dr. Anish to others with an opportunity to share the same wisdom that brought clarity and contentment in my life.”
